Chamber Music Concert

Lauda’s musicians showcase their impressive talents as well as the ensemble’s large inventory of early instruments in this concert featuring consorts of recorders, flutes, capped reeds, viols, and more.  Renaissance instrumental music was most commonly performed in like-instrument groups, with an increased use of the “broken” (or mixed) consort as instrument-building methods evolved.  https://youtu.be/ZJ8F2JnDkec
