This form is optional, but it lets Jody know if you are willing to play solos, featured parts, or very exposed parts on the concert. There will also be a need for some small Medieval ensembles of flute, shawm, recorder, psaltery, percussion, and other Medieval-appropriate instruments. So, let us know if you are willing to play any of these instruments, too.
